[br][br]Ellen Avery Anderson passed away on Sept.6, 2013 at Rockwood at Hawthorne in Spokane. Born Dec. 12, 1919 in Murfreesboro, TN. She married Lawrence E. Anderson in Aug.1942 who was a career US Air Force officer. They lived in many places around the country and the world before retiring to Spokane in 1991. Preceded in death by her parents and her siblings. She is survived by her sons, Larry (Linda) Anderson, Bob Anderson, daughters Janet (Ken) Miles, and Pam Nilsen; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Family is having a memorial service at Shadle Park Presbyterian Church, 5508 N. Alberta on May 17,2014 at 1:00.
