[br][br]Steve passed away unexpectedly on Feb. 5,2014. He was born in Tonasket, WA, and graduated from Oroville H.S., where he played football, basketball, and baseball. He also attended Wenatchee Valley J.C.
After moving to Spokane, Steve worked for the city of Spokane Refuse Dept. for 36 yrs., retiring in 2009. He loved to hunt, watch high school sports, and play the slots.
Steve is survived by his wife of 35 yrs., Betty; sons, Cory and Matt (Amanda); daughter, Stacy; granddaughters, Alexis, Paige, and Matea; step-grandkids, Corinne, Nicole, Sam, and Will. He is also survived by his sisters, Louise Love and Jeanette Werner.
A Celebration of Life will be held March 1,2014 at the Inland NW Wildlife Council, 6116 N. Market, Spokane, WA,
from 6-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
