[br][br]Ruth Ann was born in Ottawa, Illinois and graduated from Ottawa High School in 1970. She married Steven L. Dotts in 1974 in Jacksonville, North Carolina and was supportive of his career as a U.S. Marine for 30 years. They had two children, Jennifer and Steven John and retired in June 1999 to the Tri-Cities, where she worked at RGIS Inventory for 12 years. Ruth Ann will be remembered always for her love of baking, socializing and casinos. Her 'bubbly' personality made her a friend to everyone. Ruth Ann was proceeded in death by her father John J. Roth Sr. She is survived by her husband Steve, daughter Jennifer, son-in-law Doug, son Steven and grandchildren Alex and Katelyn of Spokane. She also leaves her mother Ruth Roth, brother John, brother Anton and sister Patricia who reside in Ottawa, Il.
