[br][br]Belva Doris Neighbors passed away July 31st. She was born October 30, 1910 in Youngstown, NE to Emanuel Albert and Amy Juniata (Keister) Husted. Belva attended teachers college and taught for 2 years then later worked as a caregiver for 20 years in Spokane, WA before retiring in the 1990's in the Los Angeles, CA area. She was a gifted painter winning many awards for her artwork. She loved the merry-go-around and was active in the LDS Relief Society. Belva was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Velma, Zella and Eva; brothers Cecil and Wayne; sons Robert, Earl and Bert; and husbands Earl Noble and Chester Neighbors. Her memory lives on with daughter Betty and son William; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, Aug 5th at the LDS Church on Old Frontier Rd in Silverdale.
